Martin Rodriguez-Guerrero is the first generation in his family to graduate from college. He then went on to earn his master's degree in Leadership and Coaching. A store manager in Corporate Retail Sales, Martin selected the Leadership and Coaching program because he wanted to become a better leader and coach. "I enjoyed the Executive Coaching internship courses because they gave me insight into how coaching can be incorporated into leadership," Martin commented. "Through the coaching courses, I've integrated more questions into my leadership approach as well as aiding my associates in building their own plans for success - instead of delegating a plan for them."
The degree program gave in-depth knowledge of the theory and practice of leadership which he was able to apply to his current position and career plans. "Prior to the master's courses, I had a high-level overview of leadership concepts. After completing my degree, I have in-depth knowledge about successful execution."
